Liên Đoàn Hùng Vương - Troop 1003, started in October 1987 and established in 1988, is a non-profit multi-level scout unit forming as a family to provide leadership development skills through outdoor activities for all youths from age 6 to 18.
The philosophy of Troop 1003 is to develop courage, confidence, character and leadership within the scouts of the troop by enjoying various experiences in camping, education, and many outdoor events.
We meet at Bolsa Chica Park in Westminster, CA on Sunday from 9am - 12pm.
