Liên Đoàn Hùng Vương - Troop 1003 was founded in October 1987 and officially established in 1988. Troop 1003 is a non-profit, multi-level scouting unit that fosters a family-like environment to provide leadership development skills through outdoor activities for youth ages 6 to 18.

The philosophy of Troop 1003 is to cultivate courage, confidence, character, and leadership in its scouts through diverse experiences in camping, education, and outdoor activities.

We meet at Bolsa Chica Park in Westminster, CA on Sunday from 9am - 12pm.
